I've put together some useful emails to send to hoteliers for personal stays. These emails are my go-to's and are for Hotel Fam Club members only. You will notice that you won't be giving much information about your stay in your emails, it's about relationship building.
From just wanting to let them know to being keen to create exposure throughout your entire stay (pre - during - post stay). A KEY thing to always remember: there are 1,000's of you vying for hoteliers time, understand how hoteliers decide on upgrades, perks, familiarisation stays. Be personable and professional. It's a patience game, get as high as you can.
